At Genga Crafts, we don’t just make pots—we create homes for plants and art for your spaces. Born out of a deep love for design and greenery, our passion lies in crafting modern, minimalist pots and vases that bring life and style to every corner they touch.

Dr. Gerald Stanford Genga

Hi, I’m Gerald Genga, the hands and heart behind Genga Crafts.
By profession, I’m a pharmacist, trained to heal and care—but I’ve always had a second love: crafting beautiful things and nurturing life through plants. What started as a creative outlet slowly grew into something more—an art form, a business, and a way to connect people to nature and good design.
Working with locally sourced materials, textures, and shapes allows me to express ideas that balance structure and softness, science and soul. Each pot I make is a reflection of this balance—inspired by my roots, guided by my hands, and made with love.
At Genga Crafts, I blend precision from the pharmacy world with the organic beauty of plant life and modern aesthetics. It’s more than a brand—it’s my way of adding a little more life and art into the everyday.
Thanks for being part of this journey.
Let’s grow something beautiful together.
Like any craft worth doing, Genga Crafts began with trial and error. The first few pots cracked, bubbled, or didn’t come out quite right. But with each mistake came a lesson—on mix ratios, curing times, textures, and patience.
From a tiny corner workspace to a growing workshop in Siaya, every step has been about refining the process, trusting the vision, and believing in slow progress. What started as a learning curve is now a trusted craft, with each piece made better than the last.
We’re still growing, still improving—and still loving every part of the journey.
